A Treadmill is an Intimate Partner of Your Health

Angulo Fu asked:

y’s fast-paced lifestyle, more and more people exercise less time. Pressure from all makes many people in a physical state of sub health. Treadmill has provided people with a convenient and speedy way of training. It enables people in the busy to still enjoy a better life. A luxurious home treadmill can be an intimate partner of your health.

A treadmill is a piece of indoor sporting equipment used to allow for the motions of running or walking while staying in one place. The word treadmill traditionally refers to a type of mill which was operated by a person or animal treading steps of a wheel to grind grain.

The principle is a belt system (an electric motor or flywheel connected to a circular run of material) where the top of the belt moves to the rear so as to allow a runner to run an equal, and necessarily opposite speed. Thus the speed of the run can easily be set or measured (the rate at which the belt moves is the rate at which the runner moves). The more expensive, heavy-duty versions are motor-driven. The simpler, lighter, cheaper versions are passive, moving only when the walker pushes the belt with their feet, and operates just to resist the motion.

Pressure is everywhere! It is commonly believed that only rich middle-aged businessmen suffer from stress. In fact anyone may become ill as a result of stress if they experience a lot of worry over a long period and their health is not especially good. Our living and working conditions may put us under stress. Overcrowding in large cities, traffic jams, competition for jobs, worry about the future, and big changes in our lives, may cause stress. As with all illnesses, prevention is better than cure. Exercise is the most scientific method of prevention. Then what kind of exercise? Running!

Though heavy work, we still have solutions! Treadmill is popular with both the family and gymnasium equipments. Of all family fitness equipments, treadmill may be the best choice. Now, purchase a luxurious home treadmill for your family! Indoor treadmill has a lot of advantages than the outdoor exercise, which means that indoor exercise is not easily affected by weather conditions. In the inland cities, air quality is not very good, and sometimes there is dust in spring weather. What’s more, neither too cold nor too hot is suitable to take exercise. Whereas indoor environment is more quiet and balanced than outside temperature, so that you are allowed to do some exercise whenever you want. After a whole day of tense and tired work, what you want may be a thorough physical and mental relaxation when you go home. After proper rest, you can exercise on a treadmill for half an hour or so. Although it may feel that the body will be a certain degree of exertion, the sweat from your body will be due to remove the toxins arising from pressure, expedite the metabolism, increase lung capacity and enhance human immunity, thus you regain a cheerful mood, and the whole person is again full of vitality. In addition, for those OLs who desire to maintain the shape, indoor treadmill is good news, absolutely! Busy working every day prevents these women friends from running. And an indoor treadmill can easily solve the problems of gaining weight. But one thing we must pay attention to is to insist. Persist in running for as long as 20 to 30 minutes a day, you will receive unexpected results.

Treadmills: an Overview

by on Feb.20, 2009, under Fitness

Fitness treadmill
Jeff Clayton asked:

Treadmills have become the order of the day as health and fitness awareness has reached an all time high, not only among the adults but among the kids as well! With the increasing reader hits at treadmill reviews and an affinity towards treadmills in general, the health and exercise equipment industry is witnessing record sales. But many often mistake steep prices and multi-tasking abilities for quality. Instead there are a number of factors that influence quality in treadmills.

There are a number of companies whose products consist entirely of fitness products that range within treadmills and associated accessories. Out of these the main monopolists in the market are of two kinds, as purportedly observed through numerous treadmill reviews of the current market. The first is an inexpensive model of treadmills, with the largest variety of exercise equipment available in the market today. These are great treadmill models to begin your exercise campaign with! On the other hand, there are more expensive models, with a host of hotels and fitness chains housing them exclusively for their clients! The main reason for the popularity of this particular chain of treadmills is an astonishing warranty offered with all such treadmills. A money-back offer paired with the warranty on such treadmills and allied fitness equipment make them almost an irresistible offer for those who can afford the same!

HealthRider treadmill reviews and a number of other treadmill review sites provide a number of factors that are responsible for quality of treadmills and their effectiveness. Here is a short checklist:

·    The Motor – The treadmill motor should not be of lesser than 2.5 horsepower. Otherwise any serious workout session (fast paced continuous workouts) will strain the motor beyond its limits, leading to either a breakdown or a serious reduction in product lifetime.

·    The Belt – Make sure the treadmill belt suits your needs. Factors such as lubrication, perfect functioning of quality rollers and incline options are basically common points to look out for while buying a treadmill. The size of the surface belt, meanwhile, should be according to your body structure. It is advisable to buy a treadmill with a wide and sturdy surface belt, as it would offer flexibility - both in the fitness workouts as well as for several members of the family.

·    The Display Panel – Nowadays, with so many options available such as the heartmeter, burnt calories index, time, odometer, etc, the treadmill has become much more complex as health utility exercise equipment than before. Check for the best options that you actually need to keep a tab on your progress before purchasing a treadmill panel.

With all these points in mind, you might now be able to differentiate between a fad and a genuine technically astute treadmill. But before you make the actual purchase, read as many treadmill reviews you can lay your hands on, including the all-important HealthRider treadmill reviews, all the while keeping abreast of the detailed facts and latest updates in the treadmill industry. This will keep your treadmill purchase decision in good stead against an ordinary uninformed buy. Remember that treadmills and other exercise equipment is not just another accessory – your health and consequently your dear life depends upon it!

Sports Fitness: Fun Way to be Healthy

by on Feb.19, 2009, under Fitness

Fitness treadmill
Jill Smi asked:

When you talk about sports fitness, what comes first in your mind? It is, basically, the different sports activities, right? This is because sports fitness has always been referred to as the sports itself.

Generally, sports entail physical activities that are usually carried out for some “recreational” functions such as self-satisfaction, entertainment, competition, etc. It uses physical activity that is why most fitness experts regard sports as one way of staying fit and healthy. It can also be considered as one way of physical fitness; the only difference is that sports fitness is more inclined to the development of skill or ability.

However, like physical fitness, sports fitness is also capable of toning down the body fats of a person. Because of its rigid and strict health program, a sports enthusiast is able to maintain a well-balanced lifestyle in order to cope up with the strenuous demands of sports.

In sports, people should learn how to value their health. Otherwise, they can never endure the kind of energy that is required when playing sports activities.

Therefore, for people whoa re into sports fitness, here are some tips that you could use in order to stay healthy and be active on whatever sports you want to pursue:

1. Drinks lots of water

Humans can survive days, or even months without food, but they can never last a day without water.

Water is, indeed, the most important element needed by the body. Excessive perspiration, without any means of replenishing the lost fluids will result to serious health problems, and even death.

Therefore, for people who are into strenuous exercises and trainings, it is best to always drink lots of water.

However, for sports enthusiasts, water may not be enough to replace the kind of fluid lost. Hence, it would be better if they would have sports drinks instead. Aside from the fluid, sports drinks have tow additional important ingredients needed by a person who is into sports fitness: carbohydrates and electrolytes.

Electrolytes are usually lost during strenuous physical activity, and this can only be replaced through sports drinks. Carbohydrates, on the other hand, are also needed by the body during rigid workouts to provide more energy so that the body can cope up to the demands of the activity.

2. More veggies!

People who are into sports fitness require more intakes of vegetables and fruits. This is because the body is craving for more vitamins and mineral supplements. It makes the body stronger and healthier enabling it to cope up with demands of the activity.

3. Calcium intake

People who are into sports fitness should have calcium present on their diet. This is to provide stronger bones to the body.

Since the body is more exposed to greater physical activities, it is important to have stronger bones in order to avoid fractures or certain bone diseases like “osteoporosis.”

Calcium can be found in different vitamin and mineral supplements. They are also abundant in foods like sardines, tofu, dairy products, etc.

4. Warm exercises are always important before any kind of strenuous activities.

This kind of activity is needed in order not to strain the body. Hence, before playing the sports that you have always love, it is best to do some warm-up exercises first.

Indeed, engaging into sports activities is one great way of being physically fit. The best thing about it is that in sports, you get to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Image Treadmills - The Cheapest Treadmills in the Icon Range

by on Feb.18, 2009, under Fitness

Fitness treadmill
Dean Iggo asked:

Image treadmills are a well known brand, being made by the world recognized company, Icon Health and Fitness. Icon produce a number of high quality brands including Proform, Weslo and Healthrider as well as licenses to the popular Golds Gym and Reebok brands. However despite this proud family of fitness equipment I believe the Image treadmill range is the runt of the litter!

Don’t get me wrong…Image treadmills have there place in the market but if you are serious about exercising at home for the long run (excuse the pun) then you should look at better quality machines.

The first thing that makes me suspicious is…the price. The treadmills range from between $400 to $1700. If you expect to spend $500 and buy a good quality treadmill that will last for years and years then you’re kidding yourself. This might also reflect on why they are the least popular of the Icon range of fitness equipment.

Also the warranty on the machines is only 90 days. This is very low and probably a reflection of their quality. Most decent treadmills have at least a 6 month warranty so this in itself would put me off the range.

However…if you really are on a budget the only image treadmill I would recommend is the Image 10.0 treadmill.

Advantages

Image treadmills belong to the low to mid price category with treadmills priced from as low as $400 to some as high as $1,700 however most are less than $1000. They have a good range of features including heart rate monitors and impact absorption. The Image 10.0 treadmill is the best model.

Disadvantages

Being in a low price range makes you question their quality and durability. The 90 day warranty is further proof that this is a budget range. It is the least popular brand in the Icon range which suggests that customer testimonials and experience is quite average. Recommendation

In conclusion, I don’t recommend buying Image treadmills due to their poor quality and warranty. Don’t expect their treadmills to be problem free for long. If however you really are on a tight budget then the Image 10.0 treadmill is a budget treadmill to consider

Discount Treadmill: 3 Ways To Save When Buying A Treadmill

by on Feb.17, 2009, under Fitness

Fitness treadmill
Kathryn Oneill asked:

Most people looking to buy a treadmill are interested in getting a discount. We all want to save money and get a higher quality product right?

So where can you go to find huge discounts on brand name treadmills? There are several legitimate ways to get a discount treadmill which I’ll outline in this article.

Please note however that I’m not saying: ‘buy a cheap treadmill’. With treadmills, you definitely don’t want to skimp on quality.

A cheap, unstable treadmill with improper cushioning and low quality parts will not only cost you in repairs but in health. You can ruin your joints and cause long term health damage.

So I’m not saying ‘Go cheap’ with your treadmill. What I am saying is that there ARE several ways to get a high quality treadmill for a discount price. Here they are:

#1) Buy From An Online Fitness Store

There are several online fitness stores that sell a large variety of brand name treadmills directly to you. Because they are not paying the overhead costs of a store, these savings get passed on to you and you can often save hundreds of dollars on a brand name treadmill.

Plus, most of these stores will give you free shipping (which can save you up to $150). And you can even save on sales tax in some areas.

One note of caution: Not all fitness stores are alike. Make sure you buy from an online store that offers proven experience shipping treadmills, secure online ordering and a solid money-back guarantee (a 30 - 60 day money back guarantee is standard with treadmills).

#2) Buy Directly From The Treadmill Manufacturer

Some treadmill manufacturers will sell their treadmills directly to the consumer. By skipping the middleman (the store) you also save on the mark up price that the store has to add to make a profit.

This can, again, save you hundreds of dollars and get you a brand name treadmill for a discount price. Like online stores, when you buy directly online from the treadmill manufacturer, you also can usually get free shipping and even save on sales tax.

Again, remember to buy from a manufacturer that offers secure ordering and a 30 - 60 day money back guarantee.

#3) Buy A Used Treadmill

While I don’t really recommend this, some people save money by purchasing a used treadmill.

The main drawback to this option is that there is no warranty to protect your investment. If your treadmill breaks down you’re either out the money to fix it or out the money you spent to buy it (if you choose not to repair the treadmill).

If you do decide to go this route, make sure you know the make and model of the treadmill and that you’ve checked the store price of the treadmill. This will give you more bargaining power and ensure you don’t overpay for the treadmill.

So those are several ways to get a legitimate discount on your treadmill. Just remember to keep in mind what you need before buying a treadmill and you’ll be well on your way to getting the most from your home treadmill!

Tips on How to Become a Fitness Model

by on Feb.15, 2009, under Fitness

Fitness treadmill
Jill Smi asked:

Everyone is busy. But considering what is at stake, making time for exercise needs to be a priority right now. Thirty minutes a day is not too much when you get right down to it. Cut one prime-time show out of your evening television-viewing schedule. Get up a half-hour earlier each morning. Use half of your lunch hour for a brisk walk. You can find time if you look hard enough for it.

In fact, there are people who find time to manage and endorse the advantages of physical fitness just so they can prove to the world what a physically fit person can look like.

It is for this reason that most people contend that fitness models are one of the healthiest and most appealing people in the world. They embody the perfect concept of a physically fit person. Fitness models are, indeed, the epitome of health, life, vigor, and real beauty.

In reality, virtually everyone who has the capability to move can exercise to some degree; and everyone who is capable of projecting the benefits of exercise and physical fitness can be a fitness model.

Therefore, if you think that you have what it takes to be a fitness model, here are some tips on how to be come one.

1. Deviate from the common notion of everybody that fitness is just a matter of the body figure.

The problem with the society today is that people tend to admire and look up to females who are thin and sexy and to males have brawny, muscular biceps, triceps, and wonderful abs.

The upshot is that people tend to exert so much effort in exercise not because they want to be healthy and fit but because they want to like the fitness models that they usually see in TV, posters, and magazines.

To be a fitness model, you should start working your way to a healthier you and not just a sexier, physically attractive person that you want to be.

After all, being a fitness model does not necessarily mean you have to have a “fashion-model” body size.

2. Believe in the saying, “You are what you eat.”

If you want to be a fitness model, you have to believe on the fact that our body shows what kinds of food we eat. Your body will also depict the kind of physical activities that you have in life.

Hence, if you do not conform to this belief, chances are, you will find it hard to be a fitness model, and to inform the people what it is like to be physically fit.

3. Live a healthy lifestyle

Genes play big roles in a person’s health. But these do not certainly influence what you will eat at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and the kind of activity that you will engage in.

Hence, if your lifestyle will not be healthy, chances are, you can never be a fitness model.

4. Have a “positive self image”

In order to be a fitness model, you have to incorporate positive body image in your life. This means that you should love your body in spite of what is happening in the environment or the occurrences in your life.

You should never wish for a body that you know it is not yours. Do not burden yourself into thinking that life could have been better if you only have thinner thighs or beautiful abs.

Through positive self-image, you are able to gain respect for yourself, which in turn generates other s to respect you and admire you.

The key point here is that, being a fitness model is not all about vanity and physical attributes alone. What matters most is the beauty of being physically fit and healthy that radiates from your body as it exudes the glow of health.

A Look on Diet Fitness

by on Feb.15, 2009, under Fitness

Fitness treadmill
Jill Smi asked:

Many people nowadays are very much conscious about their own health and fitness. In addition to that, these people, and many others as well, are now having that desire to sculpt their bodies to ahieve that magazine-cover look. As a result, gyms, health spas and other fitness centers have proliferated all over to cater to the needs of the fitness buffs and afficionados.

Even on television exercise machines, weight loss products, and other paraphernalia to improve fitness have more or less gained control over the airwaves and made their way into the households. But exerise is not the only way to build that body beautiful. It also entails certain amount of responsibility on the foods one chooses to eat. Being healthy and fit requires one to observe diet fitness.

Diet fitness is as essential as exercise itself. Diet for fitness provides the essential nutrition one needs to restore worn-out muscles and for healthy growth. Diet fitness should never be taken for granted. With the popularity of keeping fit, many different views, methods, programs and dieting strategies have been formulated by many professionals. Among these are high carb diets and high fat diets. Whih one is more effective and which one should one choose to follow?

First thing to know would be the fundamental differences between these two diet approaches. As the name implies, high carb diets concentrates on taking in carbohydrate-rich foods while high fat diets endorses fat-rich foods. High carb diets are utilized to glycogen stored in the liver and muscles. Glycogen is a glucose complex that provides large amounts of energy ready for use in anaerobic exercises.

Fats, on the other hand, is well-nown for being the richest source of calories. It actually contains 2.5 times more calories than carbohydrates and proteins alike. Studies also show that it takes the body 24 calories to metabolize carbohydrates while it only takes 3 to burn down fat. So which one to follow? A person can follow a high carb and low fat fitness diet or the other way around. It is absolutely not recommended to follow both at the same time; unless of course if you want to gain body fat.

But then diet fitness is not all about losing fat, one must also consider his diet in order to keep fat away. Research shows that sustainable loss of weight can only be achieved on a diet which suits the individual food preferences, lifestyle, medical profile and satiety signals.

Diet programs all over can help you shed off excess pounds, but only one diet can help you stay sexy, and it is the one that satisfies you most. Other important aspects of having a fit diet are moderation, balance and variation. One must be careful not to leave out important nutrients and other substances necessary for healthy body functioning. health organizations are clear about the amounts of nutrients an individual should have in the body.

Low fat high carbs, high carbs low fat; the question is not which diet program will work out but which is it that will work for you. Striving for a sexy and healthy body does not have to burden an individual, diet fitness does not have to mean sticking to the same kind of food for life. Horizon Treadmills Have a Lot to Offer to a Fitness Enthusiast

Muna wa Wanjiru asked:

Horizon treadmills are known to be affordable coming with a price ranging between $700 and $1,500. The price tells a lot about the product, it doesn’t have the quality of the most expensive machines but they include many of their functions. If you take fitness as a hobby and you can’t afford to give $3,000 on a professional machine, these Horizon treadmills could really be the best choice for you. But if you are a professional runner or will use your machine for hours, then horizon treadmills may not rise up to your expectations. The reason is very simple, lower budget means a lower quality for materials.

There are also many voices that suggest paying a bit more on a better machine that could save you from maintenance problems that are often connected with Horizon treadmills. Many fitness experts ask the following question: if the price is so low and the company offers the same functions like a professional machine where did they cut on the manufacturing costs? Some people actually claim that the company cut on the quality of the materials in order to get a low cost that will ensure a good market reaction to the Horizon treadmills.

On the other hand, if we consider the time people keep a vivid interest in a new hobby, we will come to conclude that Horizon treadmills have a lot to offer to a fitness enthusiast. Thus, she or he can actually try all the benefits of an expensive treadmill without paying its price. Daily practice is not likely to over-burn the machine. Another advantage underlined by Horizon treadmills users is the exemplary service the producers offer, according to reviews there is no other company to offer a better package of services, dealing with the problem fast while still being very courteous.

If we were to consider the disadvantages of Horizon treadmills we should mention the low quality of the materials they are made of. Manufactured in China, Horizon treadmills combine low prices with multi functionality. So we could conclude that these models are decent body building machines that come as a compromise between the cheapest treadmills that cost under $500 and the more expensive ones that go over $2,000. Horizon treadmills are practically one of the best shots if you don’t want to buy the cheapest models on the market, but you can’t afford to get a professional version either.

How To Compare Treadmills For Home Exercise

by on Feb.12, 2009, under Fitness

Jim Johnson asked:

It’s no secret that walking and running are great cardio exercises that can help you lose weight and also improve your overall health at the same time. That’s why home treadmills have become so common in recent years. A home treadmill has so many advantages, especially for very busy people who find it hard to fit going to a gym into their daily routine. Instead, if you have a half hour or so, just jump on the treadmill and get your workout done whenever time allows in the day.

But shopping for home treadmills can be confusing due to the number of choices that you have to select from. So what do you need to be looking for when you compare treadmills? Here are few suggestions to keep in mind:

* First decide how you intend to actually use your machine. Will you be walking or jogging/running? It’s important to know because it will affect how much you have to pay for your treadmill. If you only intend to walk, you won’t be putting that much strain on the unit and you can most likely find a home machine that will fit your needs in the $1,000 category. However, if you intend to run you will be inflicting a lot more pressure on the treadmill as you do and you should expect to pay at least $2,000 or more to get a quality unit.

* Knowing how you intend to use the treadmill is important for another reason. If you only intend to walk, you won’t need a machine that goes above about 5mph. If you plan on running though, expect to get a machine that will go at least 10mph or more in order to be able to give you a thorough workout.

* Make sure that the ride is stable and smooth too. You don’t want any jerky motions as you exercise, and you want the treadmill to feel very solid, from the deck all the way up to the handrails. The handrails in particular must be strong and able to support your weight if needed. Of course the more you pay, generally the more strength and sturdiness is built into each machine.

* Listen for the noise that a treadmill makes at the speed that you intend to use it. One of the biggest problems that treadmill users have to deal with is boredom while they exercise, so many turn to watching TV or listening to music to alleviate the repetitive routine. If the treadmill is too loud it can be difficult to even hear a TV in the same room while it is running. Much of that has to do with the motor that is used, so crank up the treadmill first and see how loud it sounds.

There are other considerations to have when you compare treadmills, but these are a good start to help you get a feel for the machine that will best fit you and your workout routine. As always, it’s best to actually test drive any treadmill in person before you buy it either at a store or on online.

Treadmill Weight Loss Tips - 10 Reasons To Use A Home Treadmill For Weight Loss

by on Feb.10, 2009, under Fitness

Fitness treadmill
Rika Susan asked:

A home treadmill may give your body just the boost it needs to banish the battle of the bulge forever. While your diet and nutrition plan is important, exercise gets your metabolism revved up and into an optimal fat-burning state. Years of yo-yo dieting can cause your metabolism to go into near-hibernation. Without activity, you have virtually no chance to trim down to your goal body size. With a home treadmill, all your exercise excuses fly out of the window! So, get moving for all the right reasons.

1. No Gym Gear Grief: By having an exercise treadmill at home, you overcome an enormous stumbling block in your weight loss efforts. For many exercise rookies, going to the gym in tight-fitting fitness apparel or performing in front of other people is extremely threatening and disheartening. This is especially true if you don’t have a friend who can accompany you during those first scary, self-conscious weeks. It may also be difficult to go out at night for a session at the gym, while this concern disappears when you have a treadmill in your living room. If this sounds like you, home gym equipment may be the solution.

2. The Power Of Distraction: With an exercise machine at the ready, you can hop on at any time, without dressing up or going through the schlep of taking the car out, spending time on the road, and hunting for a parking spot at the gym. You can indulge in your favorite soapie while practicing your fat-burning feats. Why not chat to a friend on the phone or catch up on your reading while you exercise. Many of the new treadmill models from top-rated fitness equipment companies come fully equipped with state-of-the art entertainment systems. Your time on the treadmill will pass so quickly, you will hardly notice.

3. No Weather Woes: By having a treadmill at home, you remove the possibility of using the weather as an excuse not to exercise. You also lessen your risk of injury, as the running surface of a home treadmill is well-cushioned to protect your joints - the demise of yet another excuse!

4. Rev Up Your Weight Loss: Studies have shown that people with access to home fitness equipment were far more successful in their weight loss and diet efforts than those without it. With a treadmill right under your nose, you have a constant reminder that you need to get moving. With a bit of persistence you may soon exchange the couch habit for a walking habit.

5. Just Do It: A home treadmill allows you to exercise whenever you feel like it. It has been proven that folks with treadmills or other home gym equipment at home manage to maintain a higher level of activity. One important additional benefit is that you are free to exercise for short periods throughout the day, keeping your metabolism fired up and working more efficiently for long after you have stopped exercising. This is impossible if you have to go to a gym or health club.

Breaking your routine into segments may be a highly effective way to approach your workouts when you start out. A 45 minute session will seem daunting at first, while ten minutes feels quite attainable. Over time you will be inclined to increase the length of your workout time to around an hour, as well as to increase the resistance levels.

6. Programmed For Success: Many top-rated treadmills come with fat-burning targets built into their programs. Your treadmill’s computer will actually make all the necessary calculations for you according to your age and weight. The program will then guide you to work out at a specific heart rate that will ensure the most productive intensity level to maximize your calorie crunching ability.

7. Vary The Routine: You usually have access to a whole range of specialized programs that will keep things interesting. You can target specific areas, such as fat-burning or marathon training, according to your needs. You are free to either walk, jog or sprint. You can change to an uphill walk or jog. You may even add weights to improve your results. Treadmills have long been seen as one of the best cardiovascular exercise options on the market. Using the larger leg muscles maximizes calorie burning.

8. Goodbye Guilt: Rather than heading to the refrigerator at night when you feel bored or lonely, stop at your treadmill and see how great you feel after a ten minute session! No gobble-guilt to weigh you down for the rest of the evening…

9. Opt For Health: It is widely known that a sedentary lifestyle leads to obesity, heart problems and diabetes. With a home treadmill you will soon be smiling about this statement, knowing that you are no longer part of this unhealthy group.

10: Know Yourself: Just make sure that you will be able to discipline yourself. If you need the support of a group, or the motivation of a personal trainer, a home treadmill may not be the best option for you. In this case, you may have to add the back-up of a gym membership to keep you on track.

What is most important is that you try to have fun trimming down on a home treadmill!
